Welcome to August construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

In August, slab pours to Levels 5 and 6 were completed. The structure is taking shape and is now well over half way! On Level 1, internal firewalls and high level services rough-in are 90% complete. On Level 2,firewalls are 90% complete and services rough-in are 75% complete. Glazing installation has commenced and final inspections of the structure are underway, ready for the back-propping to be removed on the lower levels.

Looking ahead to September, the construction team are preparing the formwork in anticipation for Levels 7 and 8 slab pours. The final roof slab is anticipated to be poured in October, topping out the Orilla structure and marking an exciting construction milestone. Glazing installation, internal party walls and high level services rough-in will continue on Levels 1 to 3.The Energex pad mount installation will commence in preparation for the permanent energy supply to the site.
