Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to provide the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

This month, the construction team have been focusing on completing in-ground services rough-in, sub-structural capping beams and footings, and construction of the sea wall. While the wet weather we have been experiencing has caused some delays, the pile caps are completed and the site crane has been erected.

Looking ahead, the team are preparing the site for the first of the ground floor slab pours and installation of the perimeter scaffolding. Once the ground floor slab pours are progressed, the construction team will commence the formwork and walls to prepare for Level 2.
