Welcome to your first construction update in 2024. Traders In Purple is excited to provide the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

Marking an exciting milestone, construction of the site's foundation piling works were completed prior to Christmas. The construction team returned to site in early January and have commenced detailed excavation works to prepare the site for structural foundation works including foundation formwork and the installation of in-ground services. The lift pit base has been completed this month.

The wet weather experienced over the past month has delayed progress slightly, however we anticipate carpark slab pours to commence in February.
