The wet weather experienced over March has caused some delays, but the construction team continue to make good progress on site. We are pleased to share that all in-ground services are complete. The ground floor slab is 50% complete and the second half of the ground floor slab is prepped in anticipation for the final concrete pours in early April (weather permitting).

The form work to the podium level is 50% complete, the lift core to the podium level is complete and install of the perimeter scaffolding has commenced. Unity water has been engaged to complete the water connection in the coming months.

Looking at the month ahead, the site team will continue with the ground floor slab pours and commence the podium slab pours.
