Welcome to the monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

In March, the residential lift lobbies have been sheeted and sealed up to Level 7 and internal painting is complete to Level 3. Services fit-off is progressing through to Levels 3 and 4. Stone and timber floor install is progress through to Level 6. Wet area waterproofing is complete to Level 8 with wet area tiling commenced. Final joinery installation is underway on Level 8.

Externally, the perimeter scaffolding has been completely removed. Waterproofing of the roof deck is complete, the rooftop mechanical plant is installed and the landscaping on the Southwest corner and Level 1 recreational area has commenced. The in-fill slabs are complete where the peoples and materials hoist was previously installed and the crane has now been removed.

Looking ahead to April, the services and finishes will continue up the building.
