Welcome to the monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

Since our last construction update, Orilla has made significant progress internally. Tiling, joinery and stone benchtop installations have been completed on all levels. Final painting has progressed up the building and the lift lobbies are almost complete.

The development team's defect inspections have commenced on the lower levels. These inspections are part of our rigorous testing and quality assurance systems, to ensure we deliver high-quality homes. In the car park, storage cages are complete and over bonnet storage has arrived. The line marking for residential car bays is also completed. The landscaping is also nearly complete.
