Welcome to your construction update. Traders In Purple is pleasedto share the following update regarding construction progress at Orilla.

In September, slab pours to Levels 7 and 8 were completed. The construction team will now commence forming the roof in anticipation for the structure to be topped out in October. On Level 1, glazing install is complete, internal walls are sheeted and joinery and floor finishes have been measured for install. On Level 2, the subsills are complete and ready for glazing installations to commence. Initial services rough-in is complete and walls are sheeted, ready for setting. On Level 3, sub sills are installed, party walls are complete and ready for internal walls, and services rough-in is 50% complete. On Level4, the construction team have commenced party walls between apartments. On Level 5, initial partition set out and stack work has commenced.

Looking ahead to October, the roof slab will be poured, marking an exciting construction milestone! Following final roof pours, the construction team will commence install of roof services infrastructure. Partitioning, glazing and services rough-in will continue up the building.
